You are the warrior of your own life and you call the shots. Or worse, letting it slow you down, spiraling inward. Instead, we’re drowning in problems that we created for ourselves-fighting that self-doubt tooth and nail. When we’re doubting ourselves, we’re not confident, strong and prepared for the next challenge. Self-doubt is pervasive in all of our lives and has a nasty habit of stealing our happiness. What sucks even more is that it’s not just me-we all feel self-doubt, as we silently run scenarios and questions through our minds: More: 10 Super Easy Ways I Practice Self Love Every Day Sometimes I cry (today), sometimes I crawl back into bed (today) and sometimes I use mantras (today!) to slowly take back my thoughts, my mind and my power. I struggle with self-doubt in almost every area of my life, from work and relationships to fitness and family.
And if I’m being honest, it fucking sucks. Self-doubt is like a fog that rolls through on a daily basis for me. As I sat on the couch thinking about this online magazine I’ve created, a stream of thoughts were running through my head:ĭo I actually want to write about health/fitness/self love?ĭo I have what it takes to make this magazine successful?Īm I ever going to have enough time to commit to writing and building this blog?ĭid I make the wrong choice going after this?
TBH – I’m writing this post after an hour of wrestling with self-doubt.
